Device Setup Process:

Build device with peripherals.
Flash Base Firmware
Set Device Credentials (UID/HWID/Rev) via WebServer on device
Add Device to BellCloud
Add Device Credentials to Mosquitto
Reboot Device to Pull Stable Production Firmware
Sell the device.
- User will bind it to their account
- Factory can install App and bind user for convenience
